Sorry all our photos from this boat trip are a bit crap – we don’t have a good waterproof camera
It was delightful to watch Lilly’s confidence and strength in the ocean. At the beginning of this trip, in Baja, she bobbed around in the ocean in her lifejacket and would not jump off our kayak into the water. Now, she climbs up to the highest point of the boat railing and leaps into the deep ocean, far from land, no lifejacket, and comes up giggling wanting to do it again.

One highlight for me was snorkeling at a wreck by one of the islands. The boat was in fairly shallow water, on white sand, with lots of interesting creatures weaving in and out of its hull.
